Position Summary
Trimlite is seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team and provide hands-on support for end users. This role is ideal for a 3rd or 4th year college student pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees via ticketing system, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Assist with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Set up and configure new user accounts, devices, and workstations.
- Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Support account management, password resets, and permissions.
- Prepare and deploy laptops and equipment.
- Maintain inventory of IT hardware.
- Document troubleshooting steps and IT procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Previous IT support experience (internship, helpdesk, campus IT, or projects).
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Azure AD, or ticketing systems.
- Interest in IT support, networking, or cloud engineering.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
