More specifically, candidates will be dealing with online advertising channels, tracking, and site development, along with the tracking and serving of the pages, advertisements and video involved. Ideal candidates will need to have the ability to program secure and maintainable code in ASP/ASP.net, PHP, DHTML/CSS, Javascript, and AJAX frameworks.

This job requires experience with Windows servers and a minimum of 3 years with ASP/HTML/CSS/Javascript, and additional experience in Windows tech support with XP, server, & NT.

The ability and DESIRE to independently read and learn about new technologies and techniques necesary for delivering them is ESSENTIAL to this job role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop websites, features and tracking systems in ASP (VBscript) and php.
• Design content delivery and management systems (images, video, etc..) for admins & users.
• Support and maintain the servers responsible for the sites and content.
• Provide basic troubleshooting backup support for tech support clients (XP, server, etc..)
• Develop internal procedures and systems to support various office tasks.
• Help design and create new business ventures within team environment.

• 3-5 years experience with ASP/SQL & Windows Server (2000/2003).
• 3-5 years experience with XML/HTML/CSS/DHTML/Javascript.
• 2 years experience with tech support (windows domains & desktops).
• 1 year experience with ACCESS Databases.
• 1 year experience with AJAX frameworks.
• Strong experience with PHP/MySQL.
• Strong experience with Flash/Photoshop, etc..
• Strong understanding of networking and protocols.
• Experience with serving and encoding Video a STRONG PLUS.
• Experience with DNS, Exchange and Mail systems a plus

• MUST have very strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail. ABSOLUTELY NECESARY.
• Bachelors or Technical degree not required, but is considered a very strong plus. Comparable experience also a strong plus.

• Multitasking with the ability to prioritize based upon value and number of users affected is necesary.
• Ability to translate non-technicly illustarted projects into working systems, and the ability to effectivly and politely communicate with non-technical people absolutely necesary.

Initial compensation is $40,000 with 401(k) (6 month minimum), bonus potential, and health benefits.
