Job Duties

• Maintain PPE’s
• Interpret project blueprints and drawings
• Read and take measurements
• Draw out steel jacketing measurements
• Cut steel with sheers following drawn measurements
• Use cranes to move parts throughout shop
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Comply with OSHA standards
• Follow orders of Foreman and Shop Supervisor

Skills Required

• Ability to operate hand held machinery with precision
• Attention to detail
• Timeliness and punctuality
• General understanding of operation of hand tools
• Ability to communicate and function in a team environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to use power tools
• Ability to lift objects over 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
