Associate .NET Developer

Since 1996, C2 Essentials has specialized in supporting federal contractors throughout the 50 states and OCONUS. We develop and support technology that helps our clients manage Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits, and Compliance.
We are seeking an Associate .NET Developer with 2–3 years of .NET development experience to support our senior development team. This position is designed for a developer who wants to grow their technical skills while working alongside experienced software engineers.
You will assist with application enhancements, bug fixes, software deployments, testing, client implementations, and system maintenance while gaining hands-on experience supporting enterprise business applications.
Responsibilities
- Support senior developers with application development and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
- Assist with bug fixes, testing, and application enhancements.
- Support software configuration and client implementations.
- Monitor application integrations and data feeds.
- Assist with software deployments and system updates.
- Work with internal departments to understand business requirements.
- Document technical processes and application changes.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of .NET development experience.
- Experience developing applications using C#.
- Experience working with SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a development team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on additional responsibilities over time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with WinForms or WPF.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Experience supporting software integrations or data feeds.
