What you’ll do

• Drive outbound calls to warm leads and convert them into new ADT customers
• Deliver confident, outcome‑focused sales conversations over the phone
• Recommend the right home security package and close the sale
• Schedule customer installations and ensure a smooth handoff to operations
• Hit and exceed daily/weekly activity and sales targets
• Engage in ongoing coaching and training to sharpen your sales skills
