Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services.
• Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Manage hotel revenue through effective revenue management strategies, including pricing adjustments and occupancy optimization.
• Oversee human resources functions such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining a positive team environment.
• Handle guest relations proactively by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Oversee budgeting processes, cost control measures, and financial reporting to meet operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and quality standards across all departments.
• Coordinate night audit procedures and oversee front desk operations including multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
• Maintain high standards of guest services by supervising the front desk team, managing guest inquiries, and enhancing overall guest relations.
• Support the implementation of hospitality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality.

Experience

• Proven supervising experience in a hotel or resort environment with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Extensive hospitality management background with strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively.
• Experience in human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development within the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems, front desk operations, night audit procedures, and multi-line phone systems.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills including phone etiquette.
• Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high service standards.
• Previous experience in resort settings or large-scale hotels is advantageous but not mandatory.
