The Role

Fundamentally, this role is built to drive performance in Hyatt’s franchise hotels across Full Service and Select Service brands. This is accomplished by leveraging Hyatt’s commercial engine, tools and programming to deliver best in class collaboration. This will be done via:

• Sitting on leadership of both franchise and commercial teams

• Leading a team of driven professionals who have experience in driving top line results via influence and collaboration

• Driving projects and initiatives that will have impact across the business

• Helping to ideate the future of Hyatt’s franchise business model and programming

• Proactively identify and address opportunities within the portfolio

• Develop and implement commercials plans to improve share and revenue for hotels

• Conduct ad hoc consultations and follows up with assessments and action plans

• Provide in-depth analyses across multiple data sources to address hotel performance, opportunities, diagnose major problems and identify & act on solutions

• Define and supervise key metrics for the success and health of the portfolio

• Adaptability to shifting priorities and championing change in the work environment when appropriate

Experience Required:

• 7-10 years in with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise category

• Experience in limited/select service spaces

• Functional experience in a subset of sales, marketing, revenue management, digital

Experience Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Team leadership

• Proven track record of driving results in a heavily matrixed environment

The salary range for this position is $205,000-$225,000. This role is also eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan, Long-term Incentive Plan and Deferred Incentive Plan.

The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
