The People Success Generalist is a critical player on Carnegie’s People Success team, owning the day-to-day execution of the employee lifecycle with precision and care — from a new hire’s first day through their last. Working in close collaboration with the AVP, People Operations + Enablement, this role keeps the operational engine running: managing benefits administration, compensation data, leave, compliance, and reporting so that employees and managers can focus on the work in front of them.
You’ll work closely with Carnegie’s PEO (Insperity), bridging the gap between employee needs and external systems with accuracy and a high-touch approach. This is a role for someone who is equally detail-oriented and people-oriented — someone who takes pride in getting it right and making the experience feel effortless for the people around them.
