We’re seeking a polished, relationship-driven Outside Landscape Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is dedicated to developing new business and closing complex, design-build estate projects ranging from $250K to $1M+.

What You’ll Do
- Generate qualified opportunities that result in signed design agreements.
- Successfully convert design clients into signed construction contracts.
- Maintain annual design and construction revenue goals established by the Sales Manager.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and pipeline visibility within Aspire.
- Ensure proper use of the Business Development opportunity tag for all originated opportunities.
- Maintain active participation in strategic networking channels.
- Deliver the GRO Experience at every client interaction.
- Maintain measurable weekly activity levels including meetings, introductions, and pipeline development.
- Build strong, long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
- Represent GRO at client meetings and community events with professionalism and care.
