We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive specializing in Refurbished Transformers, including Dry Type and Oil Filled variants. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead business development efforts, cultivate strategic client relationships, and drive sales growth within the electrical power equipment sector. Your expertise will help expand our market presence by showcasing the value of high-quality refurbished transformers to utility companies, industrial clients, and engineering firms. Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to promote refurbished transformers across target markets
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including utility providers, EPC contractors, and industrial clients
• Lead pre-sales activities such as technical consultations, proposal development, and solution customization
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and contract profitability
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of solutions
• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce Cloud to track sales activities, forecast revenue, and analyze market trends
• Stay current on industry developments related to transformers, including technological advancements in dry type and oil-filled units
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and product seminars to enhance brand visibility and network expansion

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical or power equipment industry, particularly with transformers or related products
• Strong understanding of computer networking concepts, AWS (Amazon Web Services), VMware, Azure cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions
• Demonstrated ability in pre-sales activities including product demos, technical analysis, and solution proposals
• Excellent deal closing skills coupled with effective business development within a corporate sales environment
• Proficiency in project management principles to coordinate complex sales projects from inception to completion
• Familiarity with Salesforce Cloud or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
• Technical proficiency in Python programming, Linux operating systems, Bash (Unix shell), and analysis skills for evaluating client requirements
• Experience with business development within technology sectors such as enterprise software or cloud services is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking
