SMG Executives is seeking motivated, outgoing, and career-driven individuals to join our team as an Entry Level AT&T Account Manager. As an AT&T Authorized Dealer, we work directly with residential customers to provide wireless solutions while developing future leaders within our organization.

This is an entry-level leadership opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in sales, customer relations, team development, and business operations. Through hands-on training and mentorship, Entry Level AT&T Account Managers learn how to drive sales results, support team success, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Entry Level AT&T Account Manager Responsibilities:

• Work directly with residential customers to educate them on AT&T wireless products and services
• Build customer relationships and recommend solutions based on individual needs
• Support daily sales and customer acquisition efforts
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members
• Help track team performance and sales goals
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in leadership development and management training programs
• Collaborate with team members to improve sales performance and customer engagement
• Maintain knowledge of AT&T products, promotions, and service offerings

Qualifications to become a Entry Level AT&T Account Manager:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic
• Ability to work full-time and commute to the office daily
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or leadership is a plus but not required
