Farm Bureau Insurance – Carla Schmidt Agency, LLC – 412 West Main, Ste. 6 Belgrade, MT is seeking to fill the position of Insurance Account Executive.

The Account Executive attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services. Prepares correspondence, schedules appointments and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requires a high school diploma and 3 years of experience in the field or related area. College degree preferred. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within an office environment. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions require exercising independent judgment. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s concerns and determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correct or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
• Ability to interpret and apply basic math skills in an accurate manner
• Work in harmony with other members of the agency force
• Must exercise highest business ethics
• Ability to relate to your co-workers in a positive manner
• Must be become licensed in property and casualty within first 4 months of employment.
