Our office is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Executive to manage an established book of business while delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned commercial insurance book of business.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, certificates, audits,

cancellations, and billing inquiries.

• Market accounts with multiple insurance carriers when needed.
• Review coverage and identify coverage gaps.
• Build strong relationships with clients, producers, and carrier underwriters.
• Maintain accurate agency management system documentation.
• Ensure policies are serviced accurately, promptly, and in compliance with agency procedures.
• Assist with account retention and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience (Required).
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.(Required)
• Experience working for an independent insurance agency. (Required)
• Knowledge of commercial coverages, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property, Workers Compensation, Umbrella, Inland Marine, Professional Liability, and Builders Risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional accuracy.
• Experience with Hawksoft, or similar agency management systems preferred.
• CISR, CIC, or CPCU designation is a plus.
