Position: Tax & Accounting Manager

Job Description: As a Tax & Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing the tax preparation, tax planning, and overseeing the monthly bookkeeping process for a section of clients within our firm.

Duties include:

· Preparing business tax returns including corporations and partnerships.

· Preparing personal tax returns for business owners and real estate investors.

· Tax planning and strategizing with clients.

· Assist with sales tax and provider tax filings as applicable.

· Oversee the monthly bookkeeping process including assisting our staff accountants with technical questions, organizing workflow, and reporting.

· Assist with onboarding new clients to your section.

· Ongoing client communication & proactive planning.

Experience

· At least 3 years of business tax experience. CPA or EA is required.

· Working knowledge of payroll filings

· Working knowledge of sales tax.

· Accounting and financial statement preparation experience

Pay: From $105,000.00 per year
