Purpose
The Manager, Asset Management drives asset-level execution and analytical rigor across SENTRE's diversified portfolio. This role works closely with the Chief Operating Officer and development, leasing, management, and investment teams and owns the recurring cadences that keep operations plans on track – leading weekly leasing calls, running internal project and development meetings, and executing asset strategy to drive financial performance, operational excellence, and value creation across the portfolio.
The position provides full exposure to commercial real estate investments and specifically institutional asset management , combining hands-on financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and debt analysis with the strategic judgment to lead leasing, development, and value-add decisions. The position is suited for a high-potential professional and offers a defined path to a more senior role for someone who thinks and acts like an owner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of asset-level operations plans across SENTRE's industrial, multifamily, office, and retail portfolio, in coordination with the Operations Team
• Monitor asset performance against underwriting, budget, and strategic objectives; identify variances early and present corrective actions to the team
• Review monthly financial statements and operating reports; analyze trends in NOI, expense recovery, and leasing performance
• Build, maintain, and stress-test asset-level financial models, cash flow forecasts, and capital tracking using tools such as Argus, Excel, and AI
• Develop annual operations plans, hold/sell strategies, and asset-level forecasts in support of portfolio strategy to optimize value
• Manage quarterly and annual portfolio reporting, including investor and partner communications
• Prepare hold/sell analyses that support disposition planning and execution
• Monitor portfolio debt: track loan maturities, covenant compliance, and refinancing windows; execute on financing strategies
• Conduct ad-hoc financial and strategic analysis related to portfolio and investment pipeline activities
• Oversee SENTRE’s leasing partners to manage leasing strategy; analyze lease proposals, renewals, and amendments; and negotiate terms aligned with strategic and economic objectives
• Be the market expert on leasing activity, rental comps, and competitive positioning to inform strategy Oversee development project management — scope, partners, budgets, and schedules — to lead the execution of value-add, repositioning, and other development strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field required;
• 5+ years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, investment management, property management, or related real estate roles;
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; advanced Excel and Argus proficiency required;
• Working knowledge of CRE fundamentals across multiple product types—leasing, valuation, debt, and cash flow analysis
• AI fluency: demonstrated ability to use AI tools to increase analytical throughput and quality
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple assets and competing priorities simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to interface across teams and with senior leadership
• High intellectual curiosity, ownership, and attention to detail

Pay: From $125,000.00 per year
