As a Project Manager – International markets, you will play a key role in driving SteelMaster Building’s growth across Latin America and the Caribbean, in both of their B2C and B2B markets. You’ll engage qualified, company-provided leads (no cold calling) to understand client needs, design tailored building solutions, and guide prospects through every stage of the sales process — from consultation to close.

This role is ideal for a dynamic communicator with strong business acumen, technical curiosity, and a passion for helping organizations and individuals bring their building projects to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with new and existing international and B2B clients.
• Conduct needs assessments and design high-value building solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
• Qualify and close assigned company-provided leads (no cold calling required).
• Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Participate in project planning and recommend design alternatives based on client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven success in consultative or solution-based sales.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (English & Spanish required).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Construction or architectural sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
