We are seeking an Operational Accountant to support manufacturing accounting, inventory costing, financial analysis, and business operations. This position will serve as a key partner to both finance and operations, helping maintain costing accuracy, improve financial visibility, and support strategic decision-making.

Maintain and analyze standard costs

Monitor inventory valuation and perform inventory reconciliations

Analyze production, labor, and inventory variances

Reconcile inventory and metal accounts

Support cycle counts and physical inventories

Perform month-end close activities and journal entries

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives

Support internal and external audit processes

Conduct product costing and profitability analysis

Partner with operations teams to improve reporting and decision-making

Develop financial analysis to support business performance

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

2+ years of manufacturing, cost accounting, or inventory accounting experience preferred

Strong understanding of inventory and cost accounting principles

Experience with month-end close and general ledger accounting

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills

Advanced Excel skills preferred

Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operations teams
