Job Description:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Global Executive, including calendar management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and expense reconciliation
• Prepare and organize presentations, agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up notes for leadership, board, and external engagements
• Act as a central coordination point for the global team by tracking deadlines, follow-ups, and administrative needs across workstreams
• Organize team meetings, offsites, and special events, including logistics, communications, and technology setup
• Manage office operations such as supplies, vendor coordination, facilities support, and workspace readiness
• Support expense reporting, purchase orders, invoices, and basic budget tracking for team-related spending
• Partner with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, Communications, and executive support functions
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

• Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.

• 5+ years of experience in executive administration, office management, or a similar business support
• role.
• Experience supporting senior leaders or high-performing teams in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal
• supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional approach.
• Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Strong problem-solving skills, resourcefulness, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Experience coordinating across global teams and multiple time zones is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in corporate development, strategy, investment banking, consulting, private equity, or other high-performance business environments is a plus.
• MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE AT OUR WILTON, CT LOCATION. MUST LIVE COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO WORK FACILITY.
