This position is to support Property Manager by handling administrative tasks, maintaining tenant relations and ensuring the smooth operation of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Education: High School diploma with degree or training in the rental property field.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills are essential. Proficiency in office software.
Experience: Previous experience in property management or related field is preferred but not necessary.
Work Enviroment:
Most work is done in office unless required to show prospects of a specific unit.
Office hours Monday-Friday 8am – 5pm with one hour lunch
Starting Salary: $45,000-$50,000 annually with 15 PTO Days and paid holidays after 90 days.
