We're looking for someone who builds systems, drives accountability, and doesn't need to be told twice. At Dallas Love Field, you won't be shadowing a manager — you'll be running the floor, owning the outcomes, and stepping into full site authority the moment it's needed.

If you're the type who spots a broken process and fixes it before anyone asks, this is your seat.

What You'll Own

• Day-to-day EVS operations across one of Texas's busiest commercial airports
• Full site authority and decision-making in the Project Manager's absence — no hand-holding, no escalation required
• Performance, scheduling, and accountability for 1–5 hourly supervisors
• Quality walkthroughs, corrective action documentation, and client-facing communication
• Budget variance tracking, labor management, and supply oversight
• TSA badging compliance, onboarding, and operational recordkeeping

What We're Actually Looking For

• 1–2+ years supervising EVS, janitorial, or facilities teams — and you have receipts to prove it worked
• Hands-on floor care experience, particularly terrazzo, strip, and wax — this is non-negotiable at this site
• Someone who holds people accountable without being asked to
• Structured and consistent in execution, even when the environment isn't
• Comfortable operating with autonomy and making calls under pressure
• Strong communicator — with hourly staff, airport stakeholders, and leadership alike

The Environment

Dallas Love Field is a high-traffic, high-visibility site. Priorities shift. Clients notice everything. You'll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as operations demand. This role rewards people who stay sharp in controlled chaos and protect the standard regardless of who's watching.

Requirements

• Must obtain and maintain a Dallas Love Field Airport security badge (TSA CHRC required)
• Pre-employment background check and drug screening required
• Valid government-issued photo ID required

Compensation: Competitive — based on experience

Pay: $64,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
