Digital/Local Sales Manager

KTEN, the NBC, ABC, and CW affiliates in the Sherman-Ada DMA, is currently seeking a Digital/Local Sales Manager to lead our multiplatform sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a passion for selling and teaching across both broadcast and digital ecosystems.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Manage local sales team and oversee all sales activities
• Establish and implement strategic plans for the sales team
• Recruit, train and motivate local Account Executives
• Clearly define Account Executive performance expectations for both television and digital goals
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships with local businesses and regional advertising agencies
• Communicate effectively with other managers and supervisors
• Drive aggressive new business development by bundling broadcast and digital platforms (including CTV, programmatic display, and targeted video)
• Manage television inventory and digital pricing strategies to maximize revenue yield
• Oversee accounts receivable, credit policies, and digital campaign pacing/fulfillment tracking
• Review and resolve preemptions daily
• Effectively forecast broadcast and digital sales revenue
• Conduct weekly sales meetings and specialized digital sales training

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be willing to work in Denison, Texas
• Proficient in Microsoft products, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Deep understanding of the digital landscape, including streaming media and audience targeting
• Five years of broadcast media sales or digital marketing experience is preferred
• Good driving record
• Must be a skilled negotiator and problem solver
• Wide Orbit, Nielsen/Comscore, and digital dashboard experience preferred

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
