Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, reliable, trustworthy, and energetic individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our team. This person will conduct apartment showings, process applications, assist current residents, attend eviction court, and help with the day-to-day operations of our property management office located on Madison's north side.

Excellent customer service and computer skills are required. Previous property management experience of at least one year is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and consistently goes above and beyond rather than doing only the minimum. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, AppFolio & Google Docs is a plus.

Full Time Monday-Friday 10:00-6:00 & 3 Saturdays per month 10:00-2:00 (by appointment for showings- some days are shorter/longer depending on # of showings)

Hours will change on check out days to start at 8:00 AM and weekends/holidays

Pay Rate based on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide superior customer service.
• Ongoing Tenant relations and customer satisfaction.
• Respond to rental inquiries quickly, conduct property tours, track showings and process applications promptly.
• Leasing
• Checking out apartments after residents move out & prepare security deposit returns
• Maintain a current working knowledge and adhere to the fair housing laws, its policies and practices, in accordance with the companies policies and procedures.
• Assist in various office duties
• Must own a reliable vehicle with insurance, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass a background check. Must live within 20 minutes from Madison Northeast side.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
