We are a growing Michigan manufacturer of roofing and siding products. We service the Midwest and North Atlantic states. We are looking for an outside salesperson and account manager to help grow our business in the Midwest.

Salary: Compensation is proportional with a candidate’s experience.

Responsibilities:

• Call on wholesale distributors of roofing and siding products.
• Add new customer accounts and maintain business relationships.
• Grow sales with existing customer accounts and maintain.
• Inform customers and prospective customers of upcoming market pricing trends.
• Administer to customer’s needs and help lines of communication.
• Inform lead times and expected shipping dates of customer orders.
• Be willing and able to deliver small quantity customer orders when needed.
• Assist with quarterly physical inventory as a member of the Caliber team.
• Help grow our business by adding new customers, and adding new products.
• Help forecast customer’s needs for products.

Areas of Responsibility. Michigan, northern Ohio, and northern Indiana.

This job is based in New Baltimore, but travel is expected 50%-60% of the time.

Sales call reports required for prospecting calls, and account management calls.

Salary.

• This is a salaried position. Salary based on experience and education.
• Year-End Performance Bonus. There is a year-end performance bonus which is based on profitable new sales growth and net profit. It is also based on growth of existing accounts.
