About the Company:

Our client is a global credit focused investment manager specializing in opportunistic, long-short, and private credit strategies across public and private markets. The firm combines fundamental research with active trading and risk analytics to identify value across the credit spectrum including stressed and special-situation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with processing of expense payments
• Assist the third-party administrator on all aspects of the monthly NAV process
• Review blocker tax structures in coordination with tax consultants
• Assist with the review of cash and position reconciliations
• Assist with pricing verification including verification of sources and data analysis
• Coordinate the annual fund audits and K-1 preparation
• Assist with regulatory reporting and review regulatory filings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-3 years of related experience within public accounting or from a fund admin
• Strong Excel skills
• CPA a plus

Salary Range:

$100,000-$120,000
