Your Skills

Required Skills:

• Ability to complete service requests and projects on time.
• Understanding of Windows 10/11 installation and maintenance.
• Skill in troubleshooting issues within Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of key network concepts such as TCP/IP and DNS.
• Able to produce clear and concise technical writing.

Desired Skills:

• Ability to configure routers and firewalls.
• Can setup and implement Windows server 2019/2022.
• Ability to manage and implement Office 365 cloud environments.
• Prior experience with VoIP telephony.

Education and Experience

One of the following:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Comp Sci, Comp Eng, MIS, or relevant technical field. Work experience a plus but not necessary.
• Associates Degree in relevant technical field with several years of work experience.
• High School graduate with extensive work experience and demonstrable IT skills.

Not required but will improve your application:

• Industry certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.)
• Experience in a role that requires troubleshooting with customers over the phone.
• Having worked with line of business applications used in the Healthcare industry.
