Position Overview

All Angles REM is hiring 2 Part-Time Media Specialists to help create top-tier visual content for residential real estate, commercial properties, vacation rentals, and other marketing projects.

This is a W-2 employee position, not a contract role.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking flexible part-time employment. While scheduling needs vary throughout the year, Media Specialists can generally expect between 5–20 hours per week, depending on seasonality and workload. Weekly hours are not guaranteed.

Employees must be available at least two consistent weekdays per week during normal business hours, with additional hours available based on scheduling needs and seasonal demand.

Location Requirements

This position is being advertised primarily in the Grand Rapids area. All Angles REM is currently seeking to fill two Media Specialist positions:

• One position based in or near Grand Rapids, Minnesota.
• One position based in the Iron Range area, preferably near Hibbing, Virginia, or Eveleth, Minnesota.

Applicants should reside within a reasonable driving distance of their service area and be willing to travel throughout the surrounding region as assignments require.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Operating hours are generally Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, though schedules may shift based on seasonal daylight and client demand.
• Weekend and twilight shoots may be available and include bonus pay opportunities.
• Expected hours typically range from 5–20 hours per week, depending on season, market activity, and client demand.
• Weekly hours are not guaranteed and will vary based on project volume and seasonal demand.
• Mileage reimbursement provided at the company's current reimbursement rate.
• Starting pay: $25.00 per hour (Associate Media Specialist)
• Additional pay increases available based on skill development, certifications, responsibilities, and company needs.

General Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during every appointment.
• Build positive relationships with clients and represent All Angles REM professionally.
• Gather client expectations before beginning a shoot and adjust coverage as needed.
• Capture real estate and commercial property photography according to company standards.
• Conduct virtual tours using Matterport and similar platforms.
• Create floor plans using company-provided tools.
• Upload media files following company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with editors, quality control personnel, and media delivery teams.
• Travel to property locations and complete assignments efficiently.
• Maintain company equipment and report any issues promptly.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.

Physical & Technology Requirements

• Must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, stand for extended periods, and carry equipment throughout residential and commercial locations.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills and remain calm under pressure.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be willing to drive up to one hour from home for assignments.

Technology Requirements

• Smartphone for communication and scheduling.
• Computer for uploading media and managing assignments.
• High-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 100 Mbps is required for efficient media uploads and workflow management.
