The Opportunity

This is a real seat at the table: reporting directly to our Marketing Partner, you’ll own how Altair Law shows up in the world, from brand and referral growth to our presence in the community. Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Firm Growth

• Shape the firm’s marketing strategy and bring bold ideas to firm leadership on where we should be headed next.
• Spot new opportunities to grow our reputation, referral network, and visibility - and build the plans to make them happen.

Digital Marketing & Brand

• Oversee our website, newsletter, and social media presence, working with outside partners to keep everything sharp and on-brand.
• Keep an eye on what’s working and what isn’t, and turn that insight into ideas worth acting on.
• Keep our digital presence fresh, current, and unmistakably Altair Law.

Content & Communications

• Build a content strategy that puts our attorneys’ voices and expertise front and center.
• Write and shape the copy that tells our story - bios, press releases, newsletters, and more.
• Spot speaking opportunities for our attorneys and editorial opportunities to pitch our attorneys’ work to major legal publications.

Events, Sponsorships & Professional Relationships

• Dream up and run firm-hosted events from concept through execution, with an eye toward building real relationships.
• Manage our sponsorships and memberships, making sure we get real value out of each one.
• Build a referral appreciation program that keeps our network feeling valued year-round.

Awards, Rankings & Recognition

• Lead our submissions for legal awards programs, including Best Lawyers and Super Lawyers.
• Get our verdicts and settlements in front of legal publications, and team up with outside partners to maximize the buzz.

• You’ve got some marketing experience under your belt and are comfortable enough with the tools of the trade to pick up whatever we throw at you.
• You genuinely like people and thrive in a relationship-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $80,000 – 100,000, depending on experience, with a performance-based bonus tied to firm growth metrics.
