Luxe Title & Escrow Services, LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Director to help grow our title and escrow business throughout Florida.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for a relationship-driven professional who enjoys networking with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and attorneys.
The Business Development Director program exists to establish and cultivate long-term professional relationships that position Luxe Title & Escrow as Central Florida's premier title company. Unlike traditional sales positions, the BDD serves as a trusted advisor and ambassador, building meaningful partnerships through exceptional service, communication, education, and value. Success is measured by relationship quality, retention of referral partners, reputation, and sustainable business growth.

Duties
What You Will Do
- Prospect and develop relationships with Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, attorneys, and other referral partners.
- Conduct in-person office visits, phone outreach, follow-up conversations, and networking activities.
- Promote Luxe Title & Escrow Services across Florida using approved marketing materials.
- Schedule and support Lunch & Learn presentations, educational events, and relationship-building meetings.
- Enter and maintain all contacts, activities, referrals, and follow-up tasks in HubSpot CRM.
- Represent the Luxe brand professionally at all times.
- Comply with RESPA, company marketing standards, and all applicable policies.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach efforts.
- Develop referral relationships.
- Visit real estate offices.
- Coordinate networking events.
- Represent Luxe at community events.
- Execute marketing initiatives.
- Promote services while remaining RESPA compliant.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Compensation
- 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
- $150 per closed file for monthly files 1-5.
- $200 per closed file for monthly files 6-10.
- $250 per closed file for monthly files 11 and above.
- PLUS
- $500 monthly bonus at 10 closed files.
- $1,000 monthly bonus at 15 closed files.
- $2,000 monthly bonus at 20 or more closed files.
- Uncapped earning potential based on production.

Ideal Candidate
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, escrow, insurance, financial services, outside sales, chamber networking, or relationship-based B2B sales.
- Existing Realtor, lender, builder, investor, or business network is a plus.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation and operating as a 1099 Independent contractor.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfort with prospecting, office visits, networking events, follow-up calls, and CRM reporting.
- Able to attend networking events, office meetings, and business development appointments.
- Professional appearance and communication style suitable for Realtors, lenders, builders, investors, and attorneys.
- Ability to work independently without a daily office schedule.
- High integrity and willingness to follow RESPA and company compliance standards.
Pay: $1.00 - $100,000.00 per year
