Remote Health Insurance Sales Agent – The Hypo Group
If you've built trust with people for a living — as a nurse, teacher, real estate agent, or business owner — and your paycheck has never matched the effort, this is the career most of our top producers wish they'd found sooner.
We're building our next class of agents. Full training, paid licensing for the right candidates, and direct mentorship from producers who built their own books from zero.
WHO THRIVES HERE
Our best agents come from a mix of backgrounds — insurance industry veterans and team members as well as career-changers from fields where relationships mattered:
- Insurance team members — reps, managers, marketers — ready to own their book
- Nurses and healthcare workers ready for a change of pace
- Teachers and educators starting a new chapter
- Real estate agents who already run their own business
- Financial advisors, CPAs, and captive producers ready to grow past a ceiling
- Former small-business owners who want upside without starting from scratch
- Veterans, first responders, and coaches who've led and served others
If people have always told you you're a natural at explaining things, building trust, or getting to yes — and your income doesn't reflect it — we should talk.
