Immigration law firm with over 22 years of dedicated service is seeking motivated attorneys to join our growing team. Our firm consists of four attorneys and a dynamic support staff of 27 paralegals and case managers, all committed to providing outstanding representation in immigration matters across the United States.

We welcome applicants who are passionate about immigration law and eager to make a difference. Prior immigration experience is preferred but not required—what matters most is enthusiasm, integrity, and a genuine desire to advocate for our clients.

As immigration law is federal in nature, the successful candidate may be licensed in any state.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and memoranda
• Prepare clients for trials, hearings, and interviews
• Collaborate with a dedicated team of attorneys, paralegals, and case managers

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary: $85,000, but commensurate with experience, with semiannual increases of $2,500 (up to $120,000)
