About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Business Data Analyst to join our growing analytics team. In this role, you will support data-driven decision-making across the organization by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing business data to uncover trends, measure performance, and deliver actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Assist in defining KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Operations, Sales) to understand data needs and deliver relevant analyses.
• Document data processes, definitions, and reporting methodologies to maintain data governance standards.
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and business case analyses for stakeholders.
• Participate in data quality audits and help implement process improvements.
• Present findings clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, and formulas).
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating relational databases.
• Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Google Looker Studio, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, accessible way.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Team player with a proactive, self-starter attitude.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
