Position Summary: Reporting to the Chief Development Officer, the Development Associate will be a part of a growing team of fundraisers that support EBSC’s expanding programs. This position is responsible for the overall usage of our CRM (Raiser’s Edge NXT), data structure, quality control, data retrieval, report customization and analysis, and policies and procedures. Additionally, this role works with the Executive Director with administrative support and serves as liaison to the Board of Directors.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years or more related experience preferably in development/fundraising or a comparable combination of education and experience.
Compensation and Benefits
East Boston Social Centers is committed to providing competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with the professional qualifications and responsibilities of its staff. The target hiring salary range for this role is $60,000 to $65,000 annually commensurate with experience and education.
