Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Cargo Vans and Small Box Truck Owners to join our team as a Fill In Driver. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting auto parts throughout South Florida in set route areas. This is a 1099, independent contractor position. This role requires excellent time management skills, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. Filling in is not mandatory every time we ask. Pay is weekly direct deposit on Fridays, with one week held back.

Duties

• Operate personal cargo van or small box truck, to pick up and deliver auto parts to customers, as well as, pick up returns at each customer.
• Use apps to document deliveries and returns.
• Perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading of goods.
• Making sure parts are loaded, transported, and unloaded safely, ensuring no damage to parts.
• Follow designated routes and schedules for timely deliveries.
• Making sure all paperwork, is brought with parts.
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and logistics is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills are essential for interacting with clients during deliveries.
• Ability to handle heavy lifting and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading parts.

Pay: $205.00 - $350.00 per day
