Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and other confections, following established recipes and standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives safely and efficiently
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace by maintaining hygiene standards and proper sanitation practices throughout the shift
• Assist in food handling, packaging, and presentation to ensure products are visually appealing and meet quality benchmarks
• Support high-volume production needs by managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to recipe specifications
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and maintain smooth kitchen operations
• Follow food safety management protocols diligently to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Experience

• Proven experience in food production, bakery, or pastry preparation within a high-volume setting
• Strong skills in cake baking, and culinary arts with a focus on baked goods and pastry items
• Hands-on experience operating kitchen equipment such as mixers, ovens, knives, and other culinary tools
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a commercial environment
• Previous catering or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for ingredient measurements and portion control
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced kitchen setting
