As a seasonal, remote position, you will work independently while contributing to a team committed to excellence and customer service. Duties

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, telemarketing, and digital channels to promote Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans
• Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify the best insurance options for each individual client
• Negotiate plan benefits and pricing details to meet client needs while adhering to regulatory guidelines
• Provide clear, transparent information about plan features, benefits, and enrollment procedures
• Maintain accurate sales administration records and update CRM systems regularly
• Assist clients with benefits administration and answer questions related to plan coverage and eligibility
• Comply with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of all client information

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing within the insurance or healthcare industry
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Excellent analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable plans
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities
• Knowledge of sales administration tools and marketing strategies is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills with a customer service-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and benefits administration processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet access
