About Us

Michelle Peiret Health is a fast-growing premium wellness brand based in Miami, founded by Michelle Peiret, a nutrigenomics and epigenetics specialist with over 15 years of experience and more than 7,000 patients. We combine a modern supplement line with unique formulations, a functional tea line, and a clinical wellness center — all built around science, prevention, and personalized health for the Latin community.

The Role

We are building an influencer program from the ground up — and you will be at the center of it. This is a hands-on, in-office internship where you will learn how a real DTC wellness brand grows through creators, not just ads. You will work directly with our Brand Manager out of our Miami office. This is a fully on-site position — no remote or hybrid work.

What You'll Do

• Scout and research influencers and UGC creators (Instagram, TikTok) aligned with wellness, fitness, and nutrition — with a focus on Spanish-speaking creators
• Build and maintain our creator database: audience metrics, average views, engagement, and contact information
• Support outreach: first-touch DMs and emails, follow-ups, and PR box coordination
• Assist with content creation: filming days, trend research, hooks, and captions
• Help manage and grow the brand's social media presence

Who You Are

• Current college student (junior/senior) or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, PR, Digital Media, or a related field
• Fully bilingual (Spanish/English) — required
• Based in Miami and able to work on-site — required
• Prior experience contacting and managing influencers or creators — required. This can come from an internship, agency work, a student organization, a small brand, or even managing collaborations for your own account — but you must have real experience reaching out to creators, negotiating collaborations, or coordinating influencer content. Be ready to talk about it in your interview.
• You live on TikTok and Instagram and understand creator culture instinctively
• Genuinely interested in wellness, fitness, or nutrition
• Organized, self-driven, and hungry to grow inside the industry
• Bonus: basic video editing (CapCut), prior UGC or social media experience
