EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE: Two years in related agricultural work.
OTHER: Valid Maryland Non-commercial Class C or equivalent driver's license.
Preferences: Some college coursework. Experience with: operating tractors and/or skid-loaders, towing gooseneck and/or bumper-pull trailers. Basic carpentry and/or plumbing skills. Knowledge of the maintenance of tractors and/or other farm machinery. Willingness to obtain “certified operator” status under the Maryland Department of Agriculture for Nutrient Management Plans.
