Position available: Architectural Job Captain

Minimum five years’ experience.

Our office focuses on mixed-use urban development including mixed-use, multifamily and retail. Interesting and thoughtful design projects. We are a highly successful, 15+ person architectural office, conveniently located on the Red Line in the Cambridge/Somerville area. Pleasant and flexible work environment.

Job Captain- Responsibilities include organization and development of specific drawings sets under the direction of Project Manager. Maintain CAD drawing organization and standards for project. Maintain project CAD files (AutoCAD). Design and develop project details. Work with technical consultants. Participate with Construction Admin team. Possible advancement to Project Management if desired. Typically, we require four to five years team experience to qualify for Job Captain. Experience with multi-family documentation a must. Good communication skills and team experience are important.

Position is eligible for IDP credit fulfillment toward architectural registration.
