Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and coordinate measuring machines (CMM)
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Experience operating CNC machines, preferably with Fanuc controls
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and cutting parameters
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
- Ability to assemble components according to specifications
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Additional Requirements:

- 3 Years of experience preferred

-Ability to use calibrated measuring equipment (examples: calipers and micrometers)

- Ability to operate horizontal & vertical lathes & drill press
