BCBA Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments using tools such as: VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, Vineland and Other relevant assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Write insurance re-authorizations and clinical progress reports
• Supervise and support ABA programs across home and/or school settings
• Provide parent training and caregiver support
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians
• Review and analyze client progress data
• Collaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain clinical documentation in compliance with insurance and company standards
• Utilize electronic data collection systems (Motivity experience preferred) Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA experience in home-based and/or school-based settings preferred
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and their families
