CSA Upscale Unarmed Security Professional Qualifications:

• 40 Hour Training course
• Minimum two years experience
• Completion of in-house CSA Embassy Training Program
• U.S. citizen or legal alien possessing appropriate work permit
• Good health, emotionally stable, mentally alert, and able to perform job responsibilities
• Work and character background that include: dependability, reliability, and ability to work harmoniously with others
• Basic computer skills or security systems knowledge as required
• Fluent orally and in writing in English
• Completion of a written, validated exam
• Ability to operate under stressful conditions
• 16 Hours of continuing education, provided quarterly by the Project Manager
• Honorably Discharged Veteran Preference
