Position Summary
The Customer Service Agent (CSA) member is responsible for all front-end communication, quotes and arrangements for shipping with the general public and airline carriers. In the CSR role, you are in a customer facing role and act as a representative of the company. Excellent customer service skills are expected.
We have international clients, and have several variable shifts (3:30am - 11:30am or 4:00am to 12:00pm and 4:00pm - 1200 midnight).
The work environment is fast paced and may require special attention at times.
The position will also require technical skills, such as the use of customer specific computer programs and software as well as communication skills involving conflict resolution.
Essential Functions:
- Portray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all team members and customers
- Excellent phone etiquette, trouble shooting, superior customer service with the customers needs at the forefront.
- Other duties as assigned (may include working in other departments under special circumstances)
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred
- 18 Years of Age
- Authorized to work in US
- Ability to obtain an AOA (Airport Operating Area) badge and other airport requirements
- Ability to regularly and continuously lift up to 25 lbs.
- Prior customer service preferred
- Valid Driver’s License

- Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other related duties as requested

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
