CSC Event Staff provides a safe and secure environment for our assigned venues. They are responsible for their assigned area in a security role, focusing on excellent conflict resolution skills and providing great Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Good communication skills
• Demonstrate safety as a primary focus
• Respond to emergencies, evacuations, and work with law enforcement
• Handle or assist with intoxicated guests
• Act as a deterrent to undesirable behaviors and actions
• Protect people and property as directed

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be 18 years of age to be considered for this role
• You must be eligible to obtain a non-commissioned security license
• You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Applicants are subject to background checks based on job criteria

No experience in security? No problem. Once requirements have been met and you have been hired, all of our employees go through a training program to learn all they need to be successful unarmed security guards and begin scheduling for work.
