About the Role:

The Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a critical role in driving company revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction by managing inbound and outbound sales communications. The role requires collaboration with various internal teams to coordinate order processing, resolve issues, and maintain accurate customer records. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a B2B sales environment or technical product knowledge relevant to the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently while coordinating with inventory and shipping departments to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system to track interactions and sales progress.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues by collaborating with internal teams to provide effective solutions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
• Assist in generating sales reports and provide feedback to management on customer trends and potential improvements.
