Canvass Team Leader

Location: Local Territory Northern VA

What You’ll Do:

As the Canvass Team Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing team of canvassers. Your goal? Inspire, train, and lead your team to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

You’ll set the tone by leading from the front — coaching in the field, managing logistics, and consistently generating leads yourself to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, onboard, and train canvassers
• Coach reps in the field to improve set rates and quality
• Track individual and team performance metrics
• Enforce company standards, schedules, and compliance
• Motivate the team through incentives and accountability
• Coordinate with Canvass Manager
• Ensure neighborhoods are worked professionally and effectively

What You Bring:

• Prior experience in canvassing, door-to-door, or field marketing required
• Previous leadership or team-lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Organized, dependable, and results-driven
• Comfortable working outdoors and in the field daily
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
