About the Management Development Program

We’re looking for bright, driven recent college graduates to join our 12–18 month Accelerated Management Development Program in the automotive dealer services industry.

The goal of this program is to develop our future business leaders and prepare you to manage multi-site operations and teams as we continue our growth across the country.

As a Management Trainee, you will:

• Learn every aspect of our business and what makes us one of the largest and fastest-growing automotive dealer services companies in the U.S.
• Build a strong foundation to lead and develop store managers, who are the “face of the company” to more than 900 automotive dealerships across 30 states.
• Work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your decisions and leadership directly impact results.

What You’ll Do in the Program

You will be immersed in the business and given increasing responsibility as you grow:

• Gain hands-on experience by learning the day-to-day operations you will ultimately manage
• Be mentored by successful managers and business leaders
• Lead and coach front-line associates, building your team management and people-development skills
• Build your leadership toolkit – motivating, inspiring, and holding teams accountable
• Work on real business projects that impact performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability

Candidate Qualifications

We’re seeking candidates who are:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field preferred)
• Academic performance: Minimum 3.0 cumulative undergraduate GPA
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience on campus, in the community, or at work (e.g., student organizations, athletics, work experience, volunteer roles)
• Skills:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer & operations mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a strong focus on customer service and quality
• Other requirements:
• Good driving record
• Mechanical aptitude or interest in automotive/services a plus
• U.S. work authorization (required)
