Responsibilities:
Responsible for making coffee / tea, cooking soups, setting up displays, condiment station setup, and front of house setup
Performs duties of cashier such as operation and cash flow, verify initial cash, and answer phone.
Makes beverages, keeps front of house stocked, frosts cakes, cuts bars / brownies, empties trash at end of shift or as required.
Assists with cleanup / sweeping / mops as required.
May substitute for Expo or bussing if trained.

Roles:
Provide excellent customer service by informing guests of any menu changes
Make recommendations as needed, answer guest questions about food (and potential food allergies), beverages and other restaurant services
Responsible for full cycle food service; take and deliver all food and Espresso beverage orders to the customers' tables in a timely manner
Ensure that guests are satisfied with their order and respond promptly to any requests
Perform specific side-work tasks and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
Knowledge of restaurant's food and beverage preparation standard.
