Primary role - (Food Manager Certificate Required)

Team members are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and amazing product. A team member brings an enthusiastic attitude and great work ethic to the team and customers.

Functions

• Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
• Can clearly explain and guide new customers through the menu
• Able to learn all product offerings
• Communicates clearly with both the staff and customers
• Can provide consistently great product to each and every customer
• Respond to management requests in a timely manner
• Create all products to accurate portion levels
• Able to navigate a point of sale system and handle cash
• Stock all items at the end of each shift
• Follow all Rush Bowls health and safety standards
• Maintain 3 points of engagement with customers
