Insurance Field Inspector / Estimator Minneapolis Metro $70k–$80k Become the Go-To Expert for Insurance Restoration Claims You'll own every stage of the insurance claim - from the first inspection to the final invoice. This isn't a handoff role where estimates disappear into someone else's queue. You'll be trusted to inspect, estimate, sell, and manage claims that directly impact customer satisfaction and carrier performance. You'll work across multiple national insurance programs with the backing of an established exterior restoration contractor that already has the relationships, systems, and workflow in place. Opportunity Overview
Our client is an established residential exterior restoration contractor serving the Minneapolis market through multiple insurance carrier programs.
They manage the full insurance restoration process, from inspection and estimating through production and final claim closeout.
This role sits at the centre of that operation, taking ownership of TPA and managed repair assignments while maintaining carrier compliance, accurate estimating, homeowner communication, and project progression.
Success is measured by claim quality, conversion rates, documentation standards, cycle times, and customer satisfaction.
Your Role
Own the complete insurance claim lifecycle from assignment through final completion
Conduct property inspections, produce accurate estimates, and secure signed contracts
Manage relationships with homeowners, adjusters, and carrier representatives
Build and review Xactimate and Symbility estimates while ensuring program compliance
Maintain documentation, claim notes, and completion packages within carrier SLAs
Key Requirements
Previous field adjuster, independent adjuster, or significant TPA/MRP experience
Strong Xactimate estimating experience
Proven ability to convert inspections into signed restoration projects
Roofing expertise with knowledge of insurance restoration claims
Valid driver's licence and ability to inspect residential roofs
The minimum salary is $70K and the max salary is $80K.
