Overview
My name is Kasy Allen, COO of Wheatley Creek Services, and I’m looking for GRIT Cleaners: people who show up ready to work hard, take pride in what they do, and be part of a team that’s raising the bar in home services.
So what does it mean to have GRIT at Wheatley Creek?
- G – Go the Extra Mile – We don’t just “get through” a clean. We leave homes better than we found them, notice the details others miss, and take pride in the final result.
- R – Ready to Roll – You show up on time, prepared, and in a good mood (or at least a good fake-it-til-you-make-it attitude). Tools ready, mindset ready, team ready.
- I – Improve as We Go – Nobody’s perfect. But we learn, adjust, and get better every day. Growth is part of the job... and part of the fun.
- T – Take Care of the Little Things – Because the little things aren’t little. They’re everything. Clients notice. Teammates notice. We notice.
Our Core Values
These values aren’t posters on a wall, they’re how we work, talk, clean, help clients, and show up for each other.
- Show Up Right. Be on time. Work efficiently. Look sharp. Your presence represents the whole team.
- Take Pride. Care about your work. Care about the details. Care about the people around you.
- Be the Kind of Pro You’d Hire. Professional, kind, respectful, and someone clients request by name.
- We Are Human. We own mistakes, communicate honestly, and fix things with humility.
- Keep Getting Better. A little better every day. Skills, attitude, teamwork, quality — it all matters.
- Rooted in Community. We live here, we give here, and we care about our neighbors.
- People Over Profit. Clients and teammates first. Always.

What We're Offering
- Flexible Scheduling That Actually Works: Life happens. Powder days happen. Kid pickup happens. We get it. We offer flexible scheduling options that work for real life. Whether you’re looking for full-time hours, part-time work, or a schedule that fits around family, school, or another job, we’ll do our best to build something that works for both you and the team. We believe great people do better work when they actually have a life outside of it.
- Bi-Weekly Pay: Our cleaners average $20–$25+ per hour, depending on hours and speed.
- Comprehensive Paid Training: No experience needed. We’ll train you the Wheatley Creek way — simple, efficient, consistent. Pay during the first 2-weeks of training is $22 per hour.
- A Positive Work Environment: Drama-free. Gossip-free. Negativity-free. We build each other up.
- Competitive Pay With Room to Grow: This isn’t a dead-end cleaning job where you disappear into the void with a spray bottle and a mop. We’re building careers and leadership opportunities for people who want to grow. Opportunities for advancement include: Cleaning Technician, Team Lead, Field Trainer, Cleaning Division Manager, Sales & Client Experience Roles, Operations & Leadership Positions. As you grow in skill, reliability, leadership, and efficiency, your pay and responsibilities grow too. Team members who show up, communicate well, and take pride in their work are the people we invest in heavily.

Responsibilities
This isn’t a “stand around and scroll your phone between tasks” kind of job. We move with purpose, work as a team, and take pride in doing things the right way.
Here’s what the day-to-day looks like at Wheatley Creek:
- Arrive 5 minutes early, in uniform, ready to work
- Drive to homes and properties throughout Grand County
- Follow our detailed Wheatley Creek Cleaning System and checklists
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning tasks including: Dusting, Vacuuming, Mopping, Bathroom cleaning, Kitchen cleaning, Deep cleaning detail work, Resetting homes to “guest-ready” condition
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Use proper cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
- Communicate clearly with Team Leads and office staff throughout the day
- Take before-and-after photos and complete job notes in our app
- Work independently or as part of a team, depending on the job
- Help teammates when your section is complete, because we leave jobs together
- Represent Wheatley Creek professionally in clients’ homes at all times
- Handle client property with care, respect, and attention to detail
- Adapt to changing schedules, weather, and the occasional mountain-town chaos
We’re big on attitude, coachability, and reliability. We can train cleaning skills. We can’t train someone to care.
This role is physical. You’ll be on your feet most of the day, bending, lifting, moving quickly, and working with a team that takes pride in getting the job done right.
And because we like to make sure people actually read job descriptions instead of rapid-fire clicking “Apply,” include the phrase “True Grit” somewhere in your application or during your phone interview. Bonus points if you actually read this far.
